Lesley’s career in media has spanned more than 30 years and different markets within Australia and overseas. Lesley has a long track record in partnering with both Australian and global brands to connect with Australian consumers. Partners such as Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, News Limited, Suncorp and Golden Casket Lottery Corporation. Prior to launching Ikon Brisbane, Lesley was lead strategist on some of Australia’s most dynamic retail clients including Dominos, Super Retail Group and Tourism Queensland.
Lesley was the founder of Ikon Brisbane in 2011 where as Managing Partner she brought the Brisbane office to the very top of the market and built an enviable winning culture. Subway Australia was a founding client for Ikon Brisbane soon followed by Griffith University, Flight Centre Travel Group, Isuzu Utes and Ladbrokes.
Early in 2018 Lesley was appointed as the National CEO. Lesley is a strong and driven leader, and as CEO has been tasked with accelerating Ikon’s high growth trajectory, while moving the agency toward a tighter focus and stronger cross-office approach.
Lesley is based in Brisbane, and is supported by Ikon’s national leadership teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
