Stockland wanted to create a unified campaign that showcased their residential, retirement and retail business units. Our strategy, which guided the work, was borne from the cultural tension that ‘our best years are behind us’ and reminded Australians that, as creators of spaces where communities thrive, Stockland provides a better way to live. The outtake being that Stockland is ‘my kind of place’.
